Duties and
Responsibilities:
The Imagery Analyst shall perform high level/expert imagery analysis, imagery product production, and evaluation of procedures, processes, and techniques associated with imagery analysis. The primary task of the majority of the Analysts will be focused on conducting Full Motion Video (FMV) PED from air, space, ground, and maritime assets. Analysts shall be familiar with Patterns of Life (PoL), target descriptions, order of battle analysis, Activity Based Intelligence (ABI), and Battle Damage Assessment (BDA). Analysts will also be trained and expected to deploy as Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) Tactical Controllers.
Additional tasks for Analysts will include Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) and Terrain/Geospatial Analysis. Imagery Analysts will use Measurement and Signature Intelligence (MASINT) of Spectral, Radar and Infrared datasets to perform specialized radar analysis, thermal analysis, terrain categorization, multi and hyper-spectral analysis.
This will be 24/7 Operations and therefore multiple shifts will be available. Candidate must be willing to deploy overseas and be willing to relocate to the customer's main CONUS operating location.
Required Qualifications:
All personnel shall be highly proficient in using basic computer applications such as Microsoft Office. Must possess strong demonstrated briefing and typing skills and be capable of multi-tasking in a high stress, time sensitive environment. Proficient means the candidate has 1-2 years of actual hands-on experience within the last 3 years. Highly proficient means that candidate has more than 2 years of actual hands-on experience performing the same or similar duties and functions within the last two years.
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of six years of GEOINT Analytical experience within DOD or the Intelligence Community. Four years of technical experience. At least two years of experience within the past three years with GEOINT exploitation tools such as SOCET GXP, ArcGIS and MAAS. At least 2 years of experience with GEOINT analysis, GEOINT production, intelligence architecture, intelligence databases, quality control, and training. Two years of additional targeted hands-on experience beyond the minimum years of experience in lieu of a Bachelor's degree may be accepted.
Qualifications:
At least 8 years of additional experience with targeting and collection management.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE :
5 to 7 years of experience with a bachelor's degree is typically required.
