A small personal injury law firm is seeking an experienced part-time (35 hours a week) Plaintiffs Workers Compensation/Personal Injury Paralegal assistant.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree or paralegal certificate required
3
years of experience in workers compensation and personal injury
Excellent skills in Microsoft Office
Previous experience with Needles software required
Professional demeanor and appearance required
Excellent Microsoft Office skills, Wordperfect, type 55+wpm
Fluent in Spanish a plus
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Daily contact with clients and WCC
Handle case load of 100
cases
Collect medical records and bills
Prepare litigation documents, briefs and correspondenceEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
