Maintenance Technician
We are looking for a talented Maintenance Technician to perform a variety of maintenance and repair tasks in Fayetteville. The ideal candidate will have experience in general maintenance, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical systems, and carpentry. Key points include:
- Qualified individuals should have at least 2 years of experience in handy man/maintenance role.
- Trash pick-up (walk property and pick up trash on daily basis)
- Light plumbing (e.g. repair/replace toilet, sinks etc.
- Repair appliances (fridge/stoves)
- Repair/replace garbage disposals.
- Clear out AC drain lines
- Quarterly inspection of apartments
- Must be willing to pull emergency calls
- Knowledge of drywall repair is a plus
