Provide supervision and training to certified technicians implementing 1:
1 direct ABA intervention to children ages 0-18 years old within home, school, and/or center settings Small caseload consisting of direct 1:
1 treatment and supervision Conduct assessments, design, and monitor programs based on the principles of ABA Implement and analyze data to improve clinical outcomes of clients Conduct parent trainings based on principals of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Promote LIFESPAN ABA INC.
's professional, ethical, and clinical values Possess excellent communication skills (verbal and written) What you need to be a part of the team Bachelor's Degree or higher BCBA/BCaBA Certification Must be able to pass a federal, state, and county background check.
Reliable transportation and insurance where applicable Willingness to travel to and from clients' homes within 45 minutes of your location Sound technical and computer skills Ability to work with clients in their natural environments and maintain a variety of postures (kneeling, squatting, sitting, standing) for extended periods of time.
