Full Time Maintenance Technician needed for an apartment community in Fayetteville NC! Professionally managed by Apartment Dynamics.
Some previous apartment community maintenance experience is preferred.
Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
Vacant turns Completing work orders Grounds upkeep HVAC repairs Pool Maintenance Plumbing Electrical On call - must live within 30 minutes/30 miles max of the community.
Must have a valid driver's license.
