Warehouse Supervisor

Overview:
Supervise the activities of warehouse personnel in the assigned area including selecting, loading, stocking, unloading, sanitation, receiving, etc.
Second Shift Schedule to be dertermined.
Responsibilities:
Supervise all warehouse activities in the assigned area.
Coordinate scheduling and staffing needs to meet the demands or the workload to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Administer all company policies and procedures fairly and consistently, partnering with HR as needed when performingcorrective actions to sustain fair and consistent practices Communicate and work closely with other departments and shifts to maximize efficiency in workflow.
Manage all expenses with special emphasis on damage control, labor, and supply usage tomeet or exceed budget.
Maintain and project a professional attitude toward all employees tobuild and harbor a team atmosphere.
Participate in all special projects as assigned by Ops Manager.
Assist in establishing the department labor budget.
Supervise operation to comply with all applicable FSMA regulations, as well as company Food Safety Plan, policies, procedures, and standards.

Qualifications:
o The incumbent should possess an associate degree in business or related field, plus 2-5 years progressive distribution experience.
o Beginning to Intermediate computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite experience preferredo Should possess strong interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills.
o Flexibility to work on any shift, days, as needed and available to work beyond normal schedule during peak business weeks.
