Liberty, NC.
POSITION
Summary:
The Program Analyst (PA) position will be based out of Fort Liberty, NC.
We are looking for applicants who want to be a member of the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Team.

Applicants should be skilled in organizing, tracking, scheduling, and maintaining records and programs to support the G-6.
This is a demanding position that requires flexibility and change management skills to work as part of a team or independently on daily tasks and various programs with shifting priorities.
Provides support via correspondence, presentation, planning, calendar, and travel matters.
Works in partnership with the Government Sponsor as directed.
Knowledgeable and familiar with front office support and structure as necessary to complete assignments.
JOB DUTIES:
Apply knowledge of management and organizational principles including details of organizational structure and function to conduct analysis and evaluation of plans and priorities within the organization.
Assist the G-6 Staff in administrative efforts, USASOC G-6 training, TMT Tasker management, maintenance and tracking of policy implementation and compliance levels.
Apply knowledge of administrative and operational procedures of financial, procurement, supply, and personnel programs to track progress in meeting directorate/division wide projects utilizing available resources.
Implement skills in communication, teamwork, and customer services to suggest, and lead innovation to support the efforts of the G-6.
Apply knowledgeable of office procedures with attention to detail when reviewing and tracking priorities and documentation.
Administer all phases of document preparation, processing, and reviews in compliance with general style manuals and policies regarding grammar, sentence structure, capitalization, usage, and established format and distribution requirements.
Analyze and understand applicable statistical, budgetary, and economic techniques to ensure effective interrelationships between budget and mission program objectives.
Apply fact-findings and presentation techniques utilizing automated office tools to maintain and track data records.
Utilize local web portals to track and organize programs supporting the G-6.
Assist in monitoring Defense Travel System (DTS); conduct analysis to identify aged or problem documents and assist individuals in clearing them.
Quickly learn and integrate into the USASOC culture.
Proficiently leverage WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT, and OUTLOOK computer applications as necessary to produce clear and concise analyses, plans, reports, presentations, memos, and messages ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
Flexibly accept assignments supporting various aspects of the G-6 and work independently while seeking guidance as appropriate.
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to support all assigned tasks.
Assist with the development and review of policy administration documentation as requested.
Assist the Government in generating reports analyzing and assessing each department's performance achievements against the standards.
Assist the Government in preparing briefings and training documentation on operating procedures and requirements.
Create reports and data visualizations to make recommendations to leadership.
Monitor project schedule compliance levels, identify gaps, and potential issues.
Open issues tracking and follow up with issue owners.
Provide planning support for programs including scheduling, budgeting, and performance monitoring.
Gather and analyze information to develop regular program status reports.
Processes all travel and expense reports in a timely and efficient manner.
Processes incoming mail and organize, route, and distribute appropriately.
Collaborate with Travel Coordinator in travel preparations.
Organize meetings and events, virtual or otherwise, and assists in planning and preparing agendas and meeting notes, as requested.
Other duties as assigned.
PREFERRED SKILLS:
Five (5) years of related experience Experience in use of portals for document management.
Motivated interest in managing programs, schedule implementation, and tracking timelines.
CLEARANCE LEVEL:
Top Secret EDUCATION:
Four-year degree from an accredited college or university (preferred), currently working on appropriate degree requirements in an accredited college or university will also be considered.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
