Salary is up to $13/hr in training (English), and $14/hr in production (English).
Responsibilities Handling incoming calls for Medicaid members or their representatives.
Utilizing knowledge base and job aids to remain up to date on regularly updated policies and procedures.
Navigating between tasks to complete work efficiently and with a high level of quality.
Assisting callers with various requests regarding their healthcare benefits and information.
Guiding members on enrollment and disenrollment inquiries Completing material orders and demographic updates as requested Clearly outlining member rewards and functions within the member portal Assisting members with prior authorizations and explain ancillary benefits.
Filing grievances and complaints on the member's behalf when appropriate Leaving detailed notes on each account reviewed on calls for member records.
Experience Required for Your Success At least High School diploma or equivalent At least 6 months of customer service experience Currently resides in North Carolina Dedicated area to work from in your home Internet speed requirement of 20 Mb/s for download speeds and 10 Mb/s for upload speeds Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
