POSITION
Summary:
The Program Analyst (PA) position will be based out of Fort Liberty, NC.
We are looking for applicants who want to be a member of the United States Army Special Operations Command (USASOC) Team.

Protecting USASOC networks requires careful tracking of devices and software including timely removal and replacement.
Applicants should be skilled in asset management, software license management, lifecycle management, and non-standard requirements for all end user needs; all actions will comply with USASOC G-6 and U.

Management of Information Technology (IT) assets includes maintaining current hardware and software lists of all end user assets, physical diagrams for all network end user equipment, and software license management.
The PA plans for the technical refresh of all end user IT equipment, software, and associated services and manages the capability requirement process for non-standard IT requirements, and fulfillment management of end user requirements.
JOB DUTIES:
This position is responsible for assisting in development and management of G-6 Operations IT Life-Cycle Replacement Program.
The program focuses on IT resources and providing asset management technical oversight of the multi-purpose operating projects in support of G-6 Operations.
Establish an understanding of the Life-cycle replacement process within the G-6 and relate/integrate the USSOCOM acquisition process into the G-6.
Provide both short term and long-term program planning consistent with the G-6 Operations Asset Management Program and USSOCOM Enterprise Asset Management Program.
Develop and document asset management policy, guidelines, strategy, objectives, and plans that align with the G-6 strategic goals and campaign plan using risk informed asset management and reliability engineering principles.
Lead the prioritization and development of long-term investment strategies for operating, maintaining, repairing, replacing, or disposing of assets.
Utilize local web portals to track and organize programs supporting the G-6.
Assist the G-6 in analyzing changes in programs, technological developments, events that cannot be predicted, or conflicting requirements to decide what needs to be done and how to do it.
Understand equipment requirement via constant monitoring and contingency plans, with potential replacements either planned or unexpected that can involve major constraints (such as funding, scheduling availability of materials) in repair or replacement.
Effectively provide communication, innovation, teamwork and customer services skills.
Quickly learn and integrate into the USASOC corporate culture.
ADDITIONAL DUTIES MAY INCLUDE:
Flexibly accept assignments supporting various aspects of the G-6 and work independently while seeking guidance as appropriate.
Collaborate with colleagues and customers to support all assigned tasks.
Assist with the development and review of policy administration documentation as requested.
Assist the Government in generating reports analyzing and assessing each department's performance achievements against the standards.
Assist the Government in preparing briefings and training documentation on operating procedures and requirements.
Create reports and data visualizations to make recommendations to leadership.
Monitor project schedule compliance levels, identify gaps, and potential issues.
Open issues tracking and follow up with issue owners.
Provide planning support for programs including scheduling, and performance monitoring.
Gather and analyze information to develop regular program status reports.
Requirements
Experience:
Five (5) years of related experience Experience in use of portals for document management.
Motivated interest in managing programs, schedule implementation, and tracking timelines.

Top Secret EDUCATION:
Four-year degree from an accredited college or university (preferred), currently working on appropriate degree requirements in an accredited college or university will also be considered.
