Prefer a candidate with specific knowledge or prior experience doing residential and commercial construction management.
OSHA Fluent in Spanish is a plus but not required.
Monitor project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
Develop and maintain project plans and timelines.
Coordinate with internal and external customers and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion.
Provide regular updates to management on project status.
Manage project budgets and resources.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Create and manage project documentation.
Assist with seasonal projects/tasks ( onboard employees and contractors, recruiting) Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
