Founded in 1978, Naman Hotels is a well-established owner and operator of 20 franchised hotels in the southeastern United States with additional Hilton branded properties are being developed in the Carolinas.
Candidates who perform well as Guest Service Managers will have significant opportunity to grow into other roles within the organization.
As a Guest Service Manager, you will be responsible for assisting the General Manager with overall responsibility for service delivery and quality of the hotel.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting the General Manager in maintaining a strong Service Culture Motivate, coach, counsel and discipline according to Naman standards Hire, train, schedule, develop and provide an environment for a motivated staff Attend and/or conduct all training/meetings as required by management Inspect rooms and public areas daily Manage and train the Guest Services department Manage Guest Relations Maintain proper financial accountability, controls and inventories Assist Sales in generating revenue Perform other duties as requested by management Requirements Must have a demonstrated passion to succeed and excel 2 years of front office supervisory or management experience in the hotel industry Hilton experience preferred Experience and success in managing and developing a team is essential.
