Answer inbound customer calls in a fast-paced environment Form a good understanding of customer's urgent HVAC, plumbing & electrical needs Communicate with empathy and operate with urgency, while maintaining a professional and polite phone manner Make outbound calls Maintain and update our customer database with complete and accurate information.
Book incoming service requests for homes in the Hampton Roads area.
Services to include plumbing, electrical, HVAC and generator repairs and installation.
Representatives must do whatever necessary to promote customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
Customer service experience 2
year preferred but not required.
Enjoy a positive work environment.
Exceptional and positive communication skills Customer Service experience.
Patience Good computer skills Good listening skills Ability to multitask.
