50 an hour 2 days ago 2 days ago 2 days ago Job Summary Guest Service Agents/Night Auditors are responsible for providing attentive, courteous and efficient service to all guests prior to arrival and throughout their stay, while maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
We are looking for someone that can work predominantly 3pm - 11pm and Night Audit (11pm - 7am) shifts.
7am - 3pm availability needed on occasion.
Hours would vary.
Would most likely receive between 24-32 hours per week.
Nights and weekends mandatory.
Responsibilities and Duties Approach all encounters with guests and employees in a friendly, service oriented manner.
Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, which include wearing the proper uniform and name tag when working.
Comply at all times with Homewood Suites by Hilton standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operations.
Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.
Greet and welcome all guests approaching the Front Desk in accordance with Hilton standards.
Maintain proper operation of the phone system and ensure that all Hilton performance standards are met.
Handle requests for information, mail and messages in an efficient and courteous manner.
Answer guest inquires about hotel service, facilities and hours of operation.
Answer inquires from guests regarding restaurants, transportation, entertainment, etc.
Establish and maintain good communications and team work with fellow employees and other departments within the hotel.
Be aware of all rates, packages and special promotions.
Be familiar with all in house groups.
Be aware of closed out and restricted dates.
Obtain all necessary information when taking room reservations and follow rate quoting scenario.
Have knowledge of and assist in emergency procedures as required.
Handle check-ins and check-outs in a friendly, efficient and courteous manner.
Fully comprehend and be able to operate all relevant aspects of the Front Desk computer system.
Employees must at all times be attentive, friendly, helpful and courteous to all guests, managers and all other employees.
Ensure logging and delivery of packages, mail and messages as needed to guests and meeting rooms.
Use proper two-way radio etiquette at all times when communicating with other employees.
Attend meetings as required by management.
Qualifications and Skills Available for flexible shifts (7 AM to 3 PM / 3 PM to 11 PM / 11 PM to 7 AM) on Weekday, Weekends and Holidays.
College students strongly encouraged to apply! Excellent Written and verbal communication skills as well as exceptional time management abilities Previous Hotel Front Desk experience with Hilton is preferred Must be over 18 or over Strong computer proficiency 1-year work experience in hotel guest services or other customer services related area is preferred Neat, professional grooming, and presentation A positive attitude Job Type:
