POSITION
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and maintain an effective quality control (QC) program which shall be documented in a QCP to ensure services are performed IAW this PWS.
Develop and implement procedures to identify and prevent the recurrence of defectiveservices.
The QCP is the means by which they assure themselves that the work conforms to contract requirements.
The QCP shall be constructed in such a manner that each Common Levels of Service (CLS) service can be extracted and used for that function only and not contain extraneous information.
Develop, maintain, and submit a QCP to the KO for acceptance within twenty (20) work days after the contract is awarded.
Perform QC on all Plant Property and Equipment Data.
Use tools to help them in the process I.

QC Reports will include (not inclusive):
All orders for accuracy IAW DPW guidelines; DMOs that are cancelled but not confirmed, Incorrect Order Type or Missing Priority, Orders which are not released, Orders with unknown functional locations, Orders with Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) element mismatch, duplicate orders.
The tools available for QC are DART and GFEBS.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Possess GFEBS experience and include but is not limited to the areas of Supply, Procurement, and a working understanding of Plant Maintenance, as the QC will be responsible for conducting daily quality control measures on GFEBS data and daily reports.
Minimum of an associate degree in Quality Control and three (3) years of experience in the Quality Control field on GFEBS/Data Analytics, specifically dealing with Property, Plant, and Equipment (PPE), business intelligence, and projects.
GFEBS operating experience shall include but not limited to (IW32, IW41, PMs, Procurement, working understanding of Plant Maintenance, etc.
) Complete GFEBS training at https:

mil and provide their GFEBS training certificate to the KO and COR within three days after contract award.

Able to understand, speak, read, and write the English language and shall be physically located and working at the OMD Division.
