We are in search of intelligent and composed armed security officer to maintain and secure an Administration Building.
Schedule- Monday thru Friday (8:
30am-5:
30pm) One-hour unpaid Lunch Duties - Conduct regular patrols of assigned areas to deter and detect any suspicious activity - Monitor surveillance cameras and alarm systems to identify potential security threats - Respond promptly to emergency situations and take appropriate action, including contacting law enforcement if necessary - Collaborate with local law enforcement agencies as needed to maintain a safe and secure environment - Complete detailed incident reports and maintain accurate records of all security-related activities Skills - Experience in loss prevention or security-related field preferred - Strong conflict management skills to handle challenging situations effectively - Knowledge of CPR and first aid techniques for immediate response to medical emergencies - Proficient in surveillance techniques and the operation of CCTV systems - Ability to remain calm under pressure and make quick decisions in emergency situations - Physical fitness and ability to stand, walk, and perform security duties for extended periods Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
