Tru By Hilton Fayetteville I-95 Tru By Hilton Fayetteville I-95 Fayetteville, NC Fayetteville, NC Full-time Full-time $14 - $17 an hour $14 - $17 an hour Duties - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions - Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and courteously - Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual - Assist with reservations and cancellations - Process payments and maintain accurate records - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Requirements - Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred - Proficient in using phone systems and other office equipment - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Multilingual abilities are a plus - Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor - Ability to handle difficult situations with patience and tact - Strong organizational and time management skills - Knowledge of hospitality industry practices and standards Note:
Night audit experience is a plus but not required.
