Summary:
We seek a detail-oriented and organized Scheduler/Dispatcher to join our team at Savvy Cleaning Company.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing the efficiency of our cleaning operations by coordinating schedules, dispatching teams, and ensuring timely service delivery to our clients.
Rotating schedule with 2 days off per week.

Responsibilities:
1.
Schedule Management:
Efficiently manage and organize team cleaning schedules based on client requirements, service type, and geographical locations.
Regularly update and adjust schedules to accommodate client requests, emergencies, and changes in staffing.
2.
Dispatcher Duties:
Coordinate with cleaning teams, providing clear and concise instructions on job assignments, client expectations, and any special requirements.
Act as a point of contact between clients and cleaning teams, addressing any issues, concerns, or last-minute changes promptly and professionally.
Fill in for Facility Managers and go out into the field to clean as necessary.
Must be willing to learn and perform Facility Cleaning based on client needs.
3.
Communication:
Maintain open communication lines with clients and cleaning teams to ensure smooth and effective service delivery.
Provide timely updates to clients on the status of their appointments and any relevant information.
4.
Problem Resolution:
Proactively identify and address scheduling conflicts, resource shortages, or service delivery issues.
Collaborate with team members to find practical solutions and ensure customer satisfaction.
Must be willing to help clean if a call-off occurs.
5.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client information, service history, and scheduling details using our management software.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in scheduling, dispatching, or a related field is preferred.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
Proficient in the use of scheduling and dispatching software.
Must be able to pass a background check, have an insured vehicle, and have a valid driver's license.
