Minimum Standards:
The ideal candidate will have a neat appearance; be affirmatively friendly and warm; possess excellent communication skills; have computer and customer service experience; have an enthusiasm for and comfort around animals; be a team player, willing to contribute where needed; and have a stable work history.
The position requires an enthusiastic, patient approach to dealing with our four-legged guests and their owners; the ability to properly book grooming and boarding reservations without error including detailed client notations; ability to learn and adhere to the resorts standards and procedures, and above all humane treatment of the animals at all times is required.
As we are a Pet Hotel, weekend availability and reliable transportation are a must.
