Reports to: Owner/Franchisee
Description:
The Front Office Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the flow of applicants and visitors in the office, and for providing
administrative
support to the office staff as needed.
Duties:
Answer telephones in prompt and courteous manner, determines nature of caller's business and direct the call to appropriate person or person's voice mail
Greet visitors in a consistent, friendly and professional manner; determines the nature of the visit and advises appropriately
Directs applicant flow within the office
Dispenses employment application and other relevant documents to applicants
Verifies and maintains appropriate documentation (specifically application and all supporting documents)
Administer the application process in accordance with Express Personnel Policy; and local, state, federal and EEOC guidelines
Administers skill evaluations and reviews for completion
Provides answers to routine inquiries as appropriate
Maintains confidentiality of all processed documents
Perform Background Checks, Homeland Security Documentation Checks for new an update applicants
Assist Staffing Consultants with: reference checks, employment verifications, education verifications
All positions are responsible for contribution to the daily operation of the office as required, including but not limited to opening and closing procedures and any additional needed tasks.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
