Apartment Maintenance Technician
We are currently seeking a Maintenance Tech for local apartment complex. You will need to have previous Building Maintenance experience with the following skills:
plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repair & painting. This job will include duties that will be required for units to be move-in ready:
Repairing and inspecting showers, sinks, appliances, doors/cabinets, walls and building exteriors. Not required but a plus is having knowledge of HVAC systems.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
