Summary:
The Reliability Leader role is a dynamic assignment that is designed to help achieve and sustain world class asset and operational reliability while building organizational capability across the company's manufacturing operations. In this position, the individual will further develop leadership, interpersonal, and technical abilities; have exposure to/interface with supply chain leadership; influence network direction; and contribute to the successes of individual sites within the network.
Primary
Responsibilities:
Own, develop, and implement (from analysis through to sustainment) Maintenance (Preventative/Autonomous) and Operational Reliability processes and best practices across the Supply Chain.
Lead and implement maintenance systems and activities. This includes identifying opportunities, developing system content, and achieving alignment with the site and network leadership.
Provide training/build capability, lead/support local execution efforts.
Support improvement efforts/problem solving activities as required.
Lead network teams, assess, and report progress.
Serve as PM/AM internal consultant for multiple sites.
Provide calibration for site leadership (VP's, Plant/Maintenance Managers) on performance, culture, improvement opportunities, people and equipment.
Support other supply chain priorities as assigned.
Integrate individual focus with overall program strategy.
Interface with all functions at plant and corporate office.
Drive improvement across multiple technology platforms.
Support site specific improvement efforts.
Job Complexity:
Develop and lead maintenance processes for the Supply Chain.
Interface with company and vendor technical resources.
Must be able to influence and gain site VP, Plant Manager and Maintenance Manager alignment/participation in key activities.
Provide objective calibration/assessment while maintaining productive relationships with site/business resources.
Simultaneously lead and work with multiple sites in different phases of reliability improvement.
Work across organizational boundaries at the sites and corporate office.
Drive improvement across multiple technology platforms.
Assignment requires being effective in a dynamic environment with limited resources and multiple priorities.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelors Degree in engineering or related technical degree.
Must possess 7 years of maintenance (and production) experience in a continuous flow/high production rate manufacturing environment.
Must have advanced understanding of preventative and predictive maintenance processes.
Demonstrated ability to deliver reliability results through the use of Planned/Proactive and Autonomous Maintenance methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to provide technical oversight for the development and management of condition based monitoring activities.
Working knowledge of equipment centerlining preferred.
Working knowledge of leading AM teams preferred.
Working knowledge of SAP PM and MM Modules desired.
Working knowledge of Lean/Six Sigma methods and processes.
Practical experience required to teach/qualify others, detect barriers to effective deployment, and provide strategic guidance/calibration.
Strong leadership, communication, facilitation, and collaborative skills.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Demonstrated ability to develop others.
Demonstrated ability to influence, work across functional boundaries, and work with all levels of the site organization.
CMRP, Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional certification desired.
Familiarity with Lean/Six Sigma methods and processes.
Maximum 70% travel required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
