Maintenance Supervisor(s)

Work with a skilled and driven team as a Maintenance Supervisor. Be a part of the front line team that will give you the opportunity to train and engage with your department members as well as other departments and outside contractors. Lead your team to ensure safe and efficient work practices in a fast paced environment to meet deadlines that impact the bottom line. As a supervisor you will also have the opportunity to interview new talent, review current team members and use your critical thinking skills to trouble shoot department needs to ensure efficiency in our production.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
oLead your crew in daily preventative and predictive maintenance assignments to maintain and improve our equipment.
oUse your analytical and trouble shooting skills to improve processes and coach your team to do the same.
oEnsure your team receives training and stays up to date on all job duties, rules, regulations and company policies.
oAudit and provide your team opportunity to further grow with the department.
oBe open to utilize your calculated decision making skills for improvements on a daily basis while keeping the best interest of the customer in mind.
oEmphasize cross-functional team building and input to help achieve department, plant and company goals as well as provide top notch customer service to the production team to promote safe and efficient daily operations.
oBring your big-picture thinking as well as your ability to learn quickly and work alongside your team members as needed while maintaining safe working practices.
oUse your detail oriented side to organize and schedule daily tasks for your team as well as provide sufficient working materials and supplies to get the job done.
oBe open to change and able to think on your feet while tackling issues resulting in downtime.
oEnsure accurate and detailed follow-up with your team as well as be comfortable to report these details to upper management to keep a cohesive and results driven attitude.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:
oFour year degree in a related field or 2-5 years supervisory experience is preferred.
oAbility to read, write, and speak English in order to effectively communicate with vendors and team members.
oIndividual should be knowledgeable in MOS (Excel, Word and Outlook).
oKnowledge of HRIS/Payroll Systems (Kronos) is preferred.
oKnowledge of maintenance management systems is preferred.
oMust be compassionate but yet capable of upholding all safety and work rules, policies, and procedures.
oMust be able to work extended hours according to maintenance schedule.
oMust actively strive to meet or exceed company goals and standards.
oNeeds to be a self-starter with the capability of making on the spot decisions.
oMust like/ welcome change and have a continuous improvement state of mind.
oAbility to establish and maintain harmonious working relationships with other team members and departments.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
