Initial Services / Trash Outs / Property Preservation
Initial services sub contractor needed for the Fayetteville, NC area. Initial services consist of the initial debris removal, cleaning of the property and lawn care. All work is done on vacant, foreclosed homes. This is a sub contractor position so having all of your own equipment is required. You must have the below things.
Generator or converter for alternate power in case the power is not active.
Trailer for the removal of debris.
All lawn equipment.
Reliable transportation.
All cleaning supplies.
Digital camera that is not your phone.
Computer / Internet
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
