Reprographics Large Format Specialist
McGee Reprographics & Drafting Supply Co. in Fayetteville NC. is searching for a talented individual to work on our production team as a Reprographics Specialist. This is an opportunity for an enthusiastic, fast learner with a 'can do', positive, and cheerful attitude to join a multi location company. You must be efficient, capable of multitasking, and possess the ability to apply your experience and knowledge to new and changing situations. Previous experience not required but preferred.
All candidates must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic, excellent attendance and the ability to work on a team.

Large format printing on Oce', Kip and Canon equipment (up to 36 wide black and white and color)
Small format black and white printing on Ricoh 907 with punching capabilities or equivalent.
Small format color printing on Xerox digital press or equivalent.
Strong computer skills a must!!
Scanning on large and small format equipment.
Bindery on large and small format prints
Answering the telephone, taking pick-up requests from customers, and answering questions about the status of jobs submitted via drop-off, e-mail, Dropbox, and similar file transfer programs
Billing and quoting of work submitted by customers
Software applications used include, Adobe Acrobat, Auto-cadd, Microsoft Office including Word, Excel
JOB REQUIREMENTS
High School diploma or equivalent
Ability to multi-task
Excellent communication skills
Strong computer skills
Experience in a customer service environment
Technical knowledge to maintain and troubleshoot equipment within the department
Clean driving record
Reliable transportation
Ability to work with minimal supervision
Ability lift paper and packages weighing up to 55 lbs.
Knowledge of document imaging, reprographics, Oce', Canon and Xerox equipment a plus!
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
