COOK SUPERVISOR

Duties include, but not limited to the following:
Plans work assignments based on deadlines priorities and work sequences. Provides supervision of staff and directs set up of stations, supervises delivery of trays. Provides direction and corrective actions to resolve work problems / recommends solutions. Inspect completed work for quality and work order requirements Assure safety and housekeeping practices are observed . Ensures all menu items are prepared according to recipe. Assures that all production schedules (worksheets) reflect the totals for each category of meal, i.e., patient references and standing orders. Retrieve computerized information/printouts to assist with tray and/or nourishment assembly. Inspect completed work for quality and work order requirements. Investigate grievances and complaints, resolve them informally if possible, and notify Supervisor of those of enough importance or seriousness. Retrieves and/or extracts food production reports, nourishment requests, recipes and other data from the computer. Operate specialized equipment to cook food in large quantities and to rapidly chill and store the prepared items under refrigeration for long periods of time Work Schedule:

Experience:

Work involves light to moderate physical effort in the following:
frequently lifting or moving objects weighing up to 30 pounds; constantly standing and walking; occasionally lifting over 48 pounds.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
